Braxton hicks at 18 weeks pregnant

Im nearly 18 weeks now and starting to notice them faintly but as previous posters said they come earlier with each pregnancy. Not painful but strange and they always make me need to pee straight after.

My stomach gets really tight and hard.

This is my third pregnancy and third baby and both my pregnancies so far I had such strong bh starting at 16-18 weeks and by 20 weeks I would be thinking that I need to do something to stop these so the dont progress. They do ease off after a couple days of being very frequent so that helps. Im pregnant with my 5th baby n I have been having a lot of braxton hicks the past few days.

At about 10-11 weeks I found out I have placenta previa and Im just wondering if the braxton hicks could be a sign of premature labor already kicking in. Im terrified and need some answers.
